One works on the page. The other works on the person holding the pen — because that’s where the words actually come from.
The words come when the writer starts puzzling together her wholeness. That’s the work we do here.

I’m Chris Wilcox  — a writer, a Master Certified Professional Coach, a certified Human Design practitioner, and Reiki certified at levels 1 and 2. I spent 20+ years in grocery retail communications, rising to group vice president of Communications and PR. I know what it means to be a high-achieving woman who has spent decades delivering for everyone else while her own book waited.

That’s not a liability. It’s the most useful thing I bring to this work.
